2016 Fly Tying Classes

2016 Fly Tying Classes

The spring dates have been set and we are ready to go. If you have ever wanted to learn how to tie your own flies, now is your chance. I have joined up again this year Westover Farms to teach a series of fly tying classes. The spring class dates for 2016  are  March 12, April 23, May 21, June 11. I will introduce you to the basic tools and materials you will need to get started as well as teach you a wide array of fly tying techniques. When class is over you are welcome to step outside to the stream and use your newly created masterpieces on the Westover Farms trout streams.

The classes cost $60 per person. That includes 4-hours of fly tying instruction in the beautiful Westover Farms Fly Shop, all tying materials, lunch, and a ½ day fishing on the trout filled Westover Farms stream. That is a great deal when you consider that 4-hours of fishing at Westover Farms normally runs $37 by itself and you can't buy lunch at Subway for less that $10.

Want to know more about Westover Farms before you decide? Check them out at  westoverfarms.com

Can’t make it on those dates? Prefer one on one fly tying instruction? Contact me at bootpierce2000@gmail.com and we can set something up.

CrackleBacks...One of the first flies you will learn how to tie, yet one of the most productive you will ever fish.
